I've got 20%/20% +5E +1 (20%) Insightful Cruel Staff of Blood Magic
Also if you like to change I'm selling +30 hp head and wrapping. The staff is blue. But veery good  U steal 68 instead of 65 if you're gonna play toucher. (Not always just like +20% or more, i think it's a lil more like 30%)

Here's a q9 gold inscribable rare skin blood focus, a spined focus, I have on the auction site right now. The price reflects the rare skin, the q9, and the perfect mods on it. Sorry, but I never put health mods on blood or death necro items, for in my experience, it just makes them harder to heal (never found a non-curses necro build I liked that doesn't sacrifice percentages of health.)
